The European Parliament and Council officially approved the new regulation for battery passports with the aim of improving the sustainability of electric vehicle batteries.
Starting from February 1, 2025, any industrial or electric vehicle (EV) battery with a capacity exceeding 2 kWh in the EU market will have to submit certain information about the battery materials, carbon footprint, etc.
In our Battery Passport eBook, you can find all the information about the upcoming regulation, how to comply with the regulatory requirements, and what kind of impact this regulation will have on your business.
You will also be able to read more about our traceability software solution, Saga, which can be your partner in achieving compliance.
