On the 16th of May 2023, the European Parliament and Council adopted the Deforestation-Free Products Regulation (EUDR).

The new regulation introduces mandatory due diligence requirements for operators and traders involved in the EU market for commodities including palm oil, cattle, wood, coffee, cocoa, soy, rubber and many derived products.
