As a software engineer at PSQR you will become a part of a highly skilled team. We are looking for team players willing to find, solve and implement technical solutions in a collaborative way. Indeed, we do understand that software development brings value when it is driven by real business needs and requirements.
It’s a mindset rather than a collection of tools or processes, that will make you succeed in a position at PSQR.
The recruitment process will as a minimum require you to:
- Work on a technical case at home, meet with us and do a peer-review / pair-programming session to ensure a technical match.
- Visit us and spend a few hours with the technical team to ensure a cultural match.
- Meet with our MD to discuss terms, expectations, etc. and conclude a contract.
